Introduction to rules of divisibility

The students were divided into three groups and each group was assigned one work station. Work station 1: Two times fun Work station 2: High Five Work station 3: Perfect 10. In each workstation there were pack of flash cards with a number on each card. The students were asked to divide the number on the flash card with 2, 5 or 10 according to the workstation they are at. They observed that all the remainders are zero, which means they are exactly divisible by the numbers 2, 5 or 10. Based on the pattern observed, the students will learn about the rules of divisibility for the numbers 2, 5 and 10.
